My aim is to empower you to be able to move forward with the understanding and resources that you can use yourself, my aim is to help you reach your goal in the shortest time possible. 

How many sessions will I require?

As everyone is unique, I cannot say in advance how many sessions we will need to have together. I should have a clearer idea by the end of our first session, and I will always discuss this with you. Some people never need more than one or two sessions!

No need for block bookings

For this reason, there is no need for block bookings. You never need to book more than your next session.
