Being authentic, being true to yourself, is something that we can lose sight of as the demands of work, family, children and relationships take over. The bright, shining being at the core of you, the person you were always meant to be can feel weighed down or maybe you haven’t even had a chance to meet that person yet. But you know that she’s there, maybe still trying to fight her way out of the past and away from the things that hold her back.
As a Licensed Authentic Self Awareness facilitator (which combines elements of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Mindfulness and Transpersonal Psychology) I enable you to elevate your thinking, self perception and performance. Shifting your mind set away from the negative perceptions that have come from people or events in the past to one of to one of abundance, purposefulness and confidence in making the right choices.

It gives you the tools to change the unconscious patterns that are responsible for unwanted behaviours.
